As the Librarian at the South Hero Community Library, Diana Cleborne was cherished by patrons during her tenure from 2010-2012. Her deep background in the arts, long experience as a public librarian, love of reading and ability to work with people made her terrific at her job. Diana followed her time as Librarian with a term as a Library Board Trustee. In that role she was a strong advocate of a stand-alone library.
Diana’s understanding of the benefit of light and air as an essential element of a vibrant public building led her and her husband Rockwell to make a generous donation to the new Library for the purchase of windows.
