Quilting Class Sign Up
Learn to Quilt
Six week session every Thursday 3pm to 5pm March 2nd through April 6th Tools and materials will be provided. Space is limited please call, email, or stop by the library to sign up!
Learn the basics of making a patchwork quilt. No experience necessary. Plan, measure, cut using a rotary cutter, piece blocks on a sewing machine, press, join quilt blocks together to make a quilt top, create the sandwich (quilt top, batting, backing) tie the quilt, and sew on the binding in this start to finish hands-on project. Members will work together step by step to create a throw. Tools and materials will be provided. Space is limited please call, email, or stop by the library to sign up!
The Great Candy Taste Test
How well do you know your candy? Put your knowledge to the test! Prizes for first, second, and third best guessers, but really everyone wins because you’re eating candy.
