Champlain Valley Office of Economic Opportunity (CVOEO) will be at the library assisting people with taxes. The income limit for assistance is $56,000, but there is not income limit if you are a senior. Please call or email the library with questions and to reserve your spot with a CPA.
CVOEO will assist people to file Homestead Declarations, Renters Rebate, and file taxes. All for free. Please bring picture ID, Social Security Card (or medicare card with ssn), property tax bill, all income statements (W2, 1099- pension statements, Social Security, etc
